Question: Apple iphone 4 date release in australian info correct!?

As i have heard and read up, that on the 15th of july midnight (today) in Australia and some other countries Apple is going to open there Pre Order tonight any one else heard? Because Phone companies such as Vodafone is getting plan prices on the 24 so its got to be very soon.

It is doubtful that this is the case. Apple have changed their online store from "coming July" to "coming soon." I suspect we will know more after Steve Jobs's announcement. My bet is the Aust release gets pushed back to August.

Release date for Australia is confirmed as the 30th July (Friday) 2010. From the horses mouth (Steve Jobs) at the Apple iPhone 4 Press Conference July 16th.
