I believe that the white and black versions of the iPhone 4 are going to have equal memory's. Hope this helped.

Memory is not going to change. 32GB is going to be the max regardless of the color. It's possible that it might change later on, but that's not very likely due to the design. If you want the white, you will need to wait (obviously), but I would seriously encourage you to take a look at the black in person. I wanted a white, but got a black since I needed a new phone, and it is incredibly sleek and I love it.
